Keep the ground footprint, legal parcel and facade annotation separate. Link them with stable IDs and an evidence table.
Agree ground/stilt/floor counting and roof-height reference. The current 20-feature cluster is a preliminary selection, not a cadastral block.
Use open or licensed geometry. Record imagery date, accuracy and license. Check merged buildings, missing structures and roof displacement.
Store image ID, camera position, bearing, pitch, capture date and source. Archive photos only with appropriate reuse rights.
Propose candidates using sight lines; verify facade corners and neighbours. Occlusion and nearest-building errors require human review.
Separate enclosed floors, stilt, basements and rooftop rooms. G+4 means five enclosed levels. Record uncertainty and unfinished levels.
Prefer survey or suitable DSM minus DTM. Floor-based height is a model with explicit level-height assumptions, never an exact measurement.
Compare independent views and ground measurements. Two headings from one panorama are not independent corroboration.
Every attribute carries its source, date, method and confidence. Unknown is null, not zero. Publish completion KPIs and version history.
All 20 records receive geometry checks, confirmed evidence links or documented coverage exceptions, floor count/range or an unknown reason, height method and uncertainty, and reviewer sign-off. The current package has not passed this gate.
